Service agreements and booking policies.
Welcome to Welcome.MJ Photo 360. By booking a photography session or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
To secure your date and time, a non-refundable retainer fee may be required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the date of the session/event, as outlined in your specific client agreement.
If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Retainer fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date within a reasonable timeframe, subject to photographer availability. Cancellations without rescheduling will result in the forfeiture of the retainer.
Welcome.MJ Photo 360 retains the sole copyright to all images. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use and sharing of the images. Commercial use of the images by the client or any third party is prohibited without written consent and appropriate commercial licensing from the photographer. We do not deliver RAW or unedited image files.
By participating in a session, clients grant Welcome.MJ Photo 360 the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs for editorial, trade, advertising, and portfolio purposes, unless a privacy clause is specifically requested and agreed upon in writing prior to the session.
All drone and aerial photography/videography services are subject to FAA regulations and local airspace restrictions. Flights are strictly weather-dependent. If conditions are unsafe (e.g., high winds, rain), we reserve the right to reschedule the aerial portion of the service for safety and compliance.
If Welcome.MJ Photo 360 cannot perform this agreement due to a fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond our control, or due to the photographer's illness or emergency, we will return any deposit or fee paid to the client, but shall have no further liability with respect to the agreement.
